Privacy
What this site stores when you write to us, and where it is kept.
What you send us
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your brand or website, and the description of what you need. If you fill them in, also a messenger and your name in it, the service, whether the work is one-off or ongoing, an approximate volume, timing, and any links.
What is recorded with it
Each enquiry is stored with the date and time it arrived, the wording of the consent you ticked, the language the page was shown in, your IP address, your browser’s identification and the address of the page the form was sent from. These are kept as a record of consent and to deal with abuse of the form. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to discuss and carry out your project. We do not sell enquiries, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Each enquiry is saved on the server that runs this site, at Hetzner in Germany.
Your enquiry, on request
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted.
